There’s More to High School Than Courses & Grades

Academics

Courses, credits, grades, rigor, and the details behind the transcript.

Experiences

Activities, employment, volunteer work, leadership, hours, and accomplishments.

Achievements

Awards, honors, testing, and other milestones worth remembering.

Outside Coursework

Course providers, completion details, credits, and supporting documentation.

College Applications Have a Long Memory

By the time your student applies to college, you may need information from several years of high school; not just courses and grades, but activities, accomplishments, outside coursework, testing, and more.

Keeping track as you go is much easier than trying to reconstruct it later.

The Record Keeper gives you the structure to capture those details before you need them.

Your Student’s High School Years, All in One Place

The Record Keeper includes 10 purpose-built, connected worksheets designed around the information college-bound homeschool families need to document throughout the high school years.

Dashboard

See your student’s high school history taking shape, with at-a-glance totals for coursework, credits, experiences, awards, testing, and more.

Academic Audit

Quickly spot incomplete academic information, including courses missing school year, grade, credit, or rigor.

Course Records

Track courses, subject areas, school years, grades, credits, rigor, and the academic details that will eventually shape your student’s transcript.

Activities & Experiences

Keep the details that become harder to remember later—including roles, dates, hours, volunteer work, employment, leadership, and accomplishments.

I Built the Record Keeper I Wish I’d Had

When my daughter began applying to college, I thought my part would be fairly straightforward: create her transcript, complete the parent portions of the process, and help when she needed me.

What I hadn’t anticipated was how much information we would need from the previous several years, and how much of it I would be responsible for producing.

Traditional schools have registrars, counselors, and teachers maintaining records and helping students keep track of the details that eventually feed the college application process. In our homeschool, those jobs belonged to me.

I knew how to educate my daughter, but I had no idea about what I should have been documenting along the way.

The Record Keeper is the system I wish I’d had then: a place to know what was worth keeping and capture it while it was still easy to find. Because – believe me – trying to figure out the name of that random award your daughter received spring semester of freshman year is no fun when college applications are due next week!
